Cookbook: Chef Suzanne has finished an exquisite cookbook: The Food and Cooking of Belgium, with chapters on traditions, ingredients, tastes and techniques and over 60 classic and traditional Belgian recipes. The 129 page hardcover book will be released this summer 2008 by Aquamarine publishers and is available for pre-order at  Amazon.

Cookbooks can also be ordered directly through Worldchefs and will be autographed by Chef Suzanne. Email Chef Suzanne with your name and address and cookbook order and she will put you on the list and gladly provide you with an autographed copy.

Worldchefs in Umbria: In September 2007, Worldchefs held cooking classes in an exclusive converted convent and winery in Umbria, Italy, offering guests a unique Italian vacation with Umbrian cooking and specialties, olive oil and wine tastings and unforgettable guided excursions around Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. Italian Cooking School: In October 2006, Chef Suzanne returned to teach at the Scuola di Arte Culinaria "Cordon Bleu" in Florence, Italy. She held four special guest cooking classes on Breads from Around the World.
